### Eligibility for Return:
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
### Damaged or Wrong Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
### Refunds:
- Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
### Exceptions:
- We don’t accept returns for hygiene-related items (like grooming gloves) unless damaged or incorrect.
